The Bureau of Labor Statistics indicates that 20.6 percent of businesses fail by year two, 30.7 percent by year three, 38.1 percent by year four, and 43.7 percent by year five. Entrepreneurs need to be wary of the reasons businesses close and learn how to avoid those types of situations.
